Coldwell Banker’s Madison-Chatham Office 

The roots of our office go back 40 years or so.  But our current home at 180 Main Street in Madison is a newly-built brick office building.  We love our new home because it has a breathtaking array of high-tech capabilities, wonderful work space, and a terrific coffee machine!   

For our clients we’re easy to find, we have lots of parking space, and our private conference areas make it easy to exchange information and move the process forward.

Here are a few interesting facts: 

• 60 full-time professionals (we don’t hire part-time agents; all our people make a 100% commitment to real estate) 

• 20% of our staff are New Jersey Million Dollar Club members, including 1Gold, 7 Silver and 4 Bronze level achievers.

• We are the top Real Estate office in Madison, and one of the most productive in the area.  Typically we have 35% to 50% of the Madison market at any given time.
