Meet
Donald Marcy and Alberta Marcy
Don is a New Jersey native, born and bred in Summit.
After college graduation he worked 15 years on Wall Street,
then found Real Estate a career that maximized his talents and
abilities. A
success right from the first, Don has been a market leader and
top-ranking Realtor for more than 20 years!
Well-known
for his calm, low-key approach to his clients’ real estate
affairs, Don is even tempered and imperturbable.
An excellent listener and a patient, well-prepared
negotiator, he adopts a “win-win” approach to real estate,
gaining the greatest satisfaction when all parties feel
pleased with the outcome.
Bert grew up in Glastonbury, Connecticut, a suburb
of Hartford, where she also spent her college years. As a
teacher for 18 years she learned the patience and organization
skills that are her real estate trademark.
Bert
is famous for the energy she brings to everything she does.
She is a results-oriented achiever, and clients and
colleagues know she will “get the job done” no matter
what. No one
dislikes Bert. She
is fresh and open, and makes friends easily. Bert is honest to
a fault, she meets problems head-on, and typically finds
solutions that everyone finds comfortable.

Julie Holzer
is a NJ licensed real estate salesperson
and personal assistant. She
is primarily responsible for researching and preparing the
various informational materials Don & Bert develop as part
of a property marketing program.
She will also show properties once in a while.
|
Barbara Kaier is particularly talented in preparing
properties for the market, especially in “staging” a home
by making sure the lighting and furniture arrangement show it
off to its best advantage.
“Bobbie” also handles addressing and mailing of the
marketing materials that Don & Bert distribute.
Joe Ruggiero is a strong right-hand-man in helping
prepare properties before they are placed on the market. He is
a willing worker, and very good at arranging furniture,
organizing basements and garages, and attending to the many
cosmetic tasks that make a newly-listed property “shine”.
